Artwork consists of logos, images, text and any other information you may wish to use on your ordered product(s).
For paper printed products, we accept high-resolution images (300dpi) and vector logo's (always preferable)
Please DO NOT use logo's or images taken from a website unless you have authorisation and you know that the artwork is of a high resolution "JPG", "PDF", "AI" or "EPS" file. For Supplied artwork, please allow a minimum of a 6mm bleed all the way around the product cut size.
For example, a bookmark's cut size is 210mm x 60mm, there fore the artwork must have bleed area of 216mm x 66mm
Wherever text has been supplied with a document or on artwork and the font is to be maintained as part of the design, please ensure that the fonts are converted to OUTLINE or CURVES
If a font has been included in your artwork, but is not on our system, the artwork will not open the way it should and the appearance of the design will be affected as a result
If you are unable to convert the text to outline or curves and you would instead, like to supply us with any fonts, please make sure you have the rights to do this. If you do, the fonts can be attached to an e-mail but they must be "True Type" formats.
Colours
If you require a specific colour, please refer to the Pantone Matching System (PMS) for the required shade and reference and supply us with that pantone reference number.
